Jeffrey Lamb, FIC, Registered Representative, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans 

 A lifelong resident of Valparaiso, Jeff is a Financial Consultant for Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. He is a Registered Investment Adviser focusing in personal financial planning. A graduate of Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, Jeff serves the local community in a number of ways, including serving as President of the board of Rebuilding Together Valparaiso, and as a Kiwanian. Jeff and his wife Lauren are members of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Valparaiso, and they have two young children.

 Secretary:  Cynthia O’Dell, PH.D, Assoc. Professor of Psychology, Director of Women’s Studies Program, Indiana University Northwest

Cynthia O'Dell, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Psychology and the Director of the Women's Studies Program at IU Northwest in Gary, IN.  She was the founding editor of The South Shore Journal, a regional e-journal celebrating research in Northwest Indiana that is co-sponsored by the NWI Quality of Life Council and IUN's Center for Regional Excellence.   Her research interests include gender differences in achievement motivation, motivational interventions to enhance college student retention, and the development of sensory processes.

 Treasurer:  Denis Hurley, CFO, Metropolitan Family Services

Denis Hurley oversees accounting and office services of Metropolitan Family Services.  Prior to being appointed Executive Vice President, Mr. Hurley was controller for six years.  He started working with the agency in 1982. Previously, he was a financial analyst for the American Hospital Supply Corporation and supervisor for Ernst & Whinney (now Ernst & Young).  He is a certified public accountant (CPA), is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, the Illinois Society of CPA's, and the United Way of Porter County, Ind.  A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN.  Mr. Hurley has a degree in business with an accounting major.

 Eric G. Friedman, MD, Valparaiso Eye Center

Eric G. Friedman, MD is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist in private practice in Valparaiso, IN, for the past 29 years.  He trained in Washington, D.C. and did a fellowship at the University of Illinois Eye and Ear Infirmary in Chicago, IL.

 Lawrence M. Gingrich, Registered Representative, Airey Financial Group

Lawrence Gingrich is a Registered Representative of OneAmerica® Securities, Indianapolis IN.  He is a past president of the St. Paul School Board and past chairman of the committee to purchase and renovate the current St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Student Center worship space, Valparaiso, IN.  A graduate of Purdue University, Lawrence is the current Board President of Porter County Family Counseling Center and continues his activity at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Student Center.  Lawrence and his wife Mary reside in Valparaiso, IN.

 Bruce Quint, Resident Director, Merrill Lynch

Bruce Quint currently serves as Resident Director of Merrill Lynch in Merrillville, Indiana.  He served twenty three years of commissioned service in the United States Army and served time in Iraq.  He is a member of St. Paul’s church and is active in other organizations serving on committees and on other boards.  Mr. Quint and his wife Donna reside with their family in Valparaiso.
