Rachel Niemi (rniemi@pcfcc.org) is a 3rd year doctoral level student at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. As an Indiana native, Rachel is excited about this opportunity to work in her own community helping residents to improve their quality-of-life. Rachel has worked with a wide variety of populations, from preschool aged children with developmental delays to adults with severe mood disorders. Rachel is open to any technique or therapeutic interaction that is positive and beneficial for her clients. Her interests include meditation and mindfulness, the connectedness of spirituality and psychology, and women's mental health including the affects of infertility and hormonal imbalances. Jim Dunn (jdunn@pcfcc.org) is a 3rd year masters level student at Valparaiso University finishing up his MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Jim comes originally from California but has traveled to many places in the country and the world and has developed a broad sensitivity regarding diverse issues, and he is excited to be working in his new adopted community. Jim has prior experience working with adolescents with behavioral problems but is open and able to work with all types of clients. Jim enjoys complicated cases and is interested in the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and words. |
